When 14-year-old Lucas Park hands his turkey sandwich to a homeless man outside his school, he isn’t expecting anything—except maybe a growling stomach. But when a classmate records the moment and shares it with #FiveTwoChallenge, Lucas’s quiet act of kindness becomes something much bigger.

Soon, students across the school start giving: meals, socks, even their allowances. The cafeteria becomes a mission field.
